Money with Jackie is operated by FinLitLab. These terms apply to the Money with Jackie website and sales pages, including linked pages used to book or purchase FinLitLab’s financial education services and products. Our Privacy Policy describes how we handle personal information.
Financial education
Money with Jackie provides financial education through coaching, workshops, programs, workbooks, calculators, and other resources. Our content and services are for educational purposes. They do not provide individualized investment, tax, or legal advice or establish an investment advisory or therapist-client relationship.
You make your own financial decisions and authorize your own transactions. Investing involves risk, including loss of principal. Examples, projections, and calculators use assumptions that can change. Testimonials describe individual experiences. FinLitLab does not guarantee investment returns, a particular retirement date, or any other financial outcome.
Limitation of liability
You are responsible for deciding whether and how to apply what you learn through Money with Jackie. To the extent permitted by law, FinLitLab and its owners, employees, and contractors are not liable for investment losses resulting from financial decisions you make based on our educational content, examples, calculators, coaching, or program materials.
To the extent permitted by law, FinLitLab and its owners, employees, and contractors are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or an offer, including lost profits, lost income, or lost business opportunities.
For claims arising from a paid product or service, FinLitLab’s total liability for direct damages is limited to the amount you paid for the product or service giving rise to the claim, to the extent permitted by law.
These limitations apply regardless of the legal theory asserted, to the extent permitted by law. They do not limit liability for fraud, gross negligence, willful misconduct, or any liability that cannot legally be limited. They do not affect refund rights under your purchase agreement or consumer rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived.
Purchases, payments, and cancellations
The price, payment schedule, and what’s included will be shown before you purchase. If you select an installment plan for a fixed-term program, the installments pay the agreed program price according to the schedule you accept.
Your purchase is subject to the offer-specific terms presented before checkout and any agreement you accept for that purchase. Those terms govern refunds, withdrawals, rescheduling, missed sessions, access periods, and remaining payments. If they conflict with these general terms about a specific purchase, the offer-specific terms apply, subject to applicable law.
Digital delivery and support. Download instructions will appear at checkout or in your purchase confirmation. Please use an email address you can access. If your link is missing or broken, or you receive the wrong file, email [email protected] with the email address you used to purchase so we can help. The refund terms shown before purchase and your rights under applicable law still apply.
Workbooks and program materials
FinLitLab and its licensors retain ownership of their respective website content, workbooks, and program materials. Your purchase gives you permission to use the materials for your personal use only. You may keep and use your copy of the Confident Investor Workbook after your program ends.
You may not share, forward, distribute, sell, publish, or upload the workbook or other program materials, in whole or in part, in any format. You may not share private access links or login credentials. These restrictions continue after your program ends and apply to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Third-party services and links
We may link to external websites or use third-party services for checkout, scheduling, and program delivery. Those services have their own terms and privacy policies. If we receive compensation through a referral or affiliate link, we’ll disclose that relationship where we share the link.
Changes and applicable law
We may update these terms and post the new effective date on this page. Changes apply going forward. Changes to an existing purchase require your agreement. Oregon law applies to the extent permitted by law. You retain any consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.
