FinLitLab operates Money with Jackie. This policy explains how we handle personal information when you visit our sales pages, contact us, subscribe to our emails, book an appointment, make a purchase, or participate in a financial education program. For information about Jackie Curry’s therapy practice, please refer to the privacy notices provided by that practice.

Information we collect and how we use it

Contact information and correspondence. We collect information you provide when you contact us or complete a form, such as your name, email address, phone number, message, and any attachments. We use it to respond to inquiries, schedule appointments, and provide support.

Purchase information. We use order details, amounts paid, and payment status to confirm purchases, deliver products and services, manage installments, and handle payment questions and refunds.

Program information. If you enroll, we may collect signed agreements, intake responses, appointment details, and information you choose to share about your financial goals and investing experience. We use this information to deliver the program and support your learning.

Newsletter information. When you subscribe, we use your email address and any other information you provide through the signup form to send newsletters and promotional emails.

Please leave passwords, verification codes, Social Security numbers, and full financial account numbers out of forms, emails, and messages.

Services we use

HeyClients hosts our sales pages and checkout. We also use it to collect and store form responses and signed agreements, manage bookings and client records, host video sessions, and store program recordings.

Stripe processes payments made through our HeyClients checkout and collects the payment details needed to process your transaction. Stripe Privacy Policy

Flodesk processes newsletter signup information, manages our email list, and delivers newsletters and promotional emails.

Gmail is used for business correspondence, including inquiries, scheduling, enrollment, and program support. Google processes and stores emails and attachments handled through Gmail.

We may also disclose information when legally required or as needed to address suspected fraud, protect rights or safety, or resolve a dispute.

Cookies and tracking

Website and checkout. HeyClients and Stripe may use cookies or similar technologies to operate our sales pages and checkout, maintain your session, and support checkout security. You can manage or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking some cookies may affect how parts of the site or checkout work.

Email tracking. We use Flodesk to track opens and link clicks in our marketing emails. We use this information to understand which topics and resources readers engage with and improve future emails.

Group programs and recordings

During group sessions, other participants may see or hear what you choose to share. When we record a session, we store the recording in HeyClients and make it available only to clients enrolled in the Money with Jackie program the recording is for. The applicable recording consent explains what may be captured and how long participants can access the recording.

We ask for separate permission before using your name, image, story, identifiable feedback, or a recording excerpt for marketing.

Email preferences and privacy requests

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link at the bottom of each marketing email. We may still send messages about your purchase, appointment, or enrollment.

To ask about your personal information or request access, correction, or deletion, email [email protected]. We may ask you to verify your identity and will handle your request in accordance with applicable law.

Retention and security

We keep personal information as needed to provide our services, maintain transaction and business records, honor unsubscribe requests, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. We take reasonable steps to protect the information we handle. Sending and storing information online carries privacy risks.
